HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR FULL EVENT PLANNING SERVICE?
We charge anywhere between 15 and 20% of your total event spend for your event. This allows us to be paid for the time we spend organising the event behind the scenes leading up to the event itself. The % means we are compensated relative to the size of the event & the expectations of our clients. A larger, more complex & thus expensive event needs more time in the planning stages and we are paid with a % of the event spend. Smaller, more intimate events that require less logistical planning and therefore have a lower cost are subsequently lower in the event planning cost. The % is a fair and transparent way to bill our clients for their events.HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PROVIDING THIS SERVICE?
We have been working in corporate venue finding since 2013 and been doing event management since 2006DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON EVENT MANAGEMENT FEES AT ALL?
We offer all our first time clients a discount on the event planning fee - usually in the form of a 10-15% fee. We are happy to discuss your event budget with you.DO YOU HAVE REAL-WORLD EVENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE?
We have experience from all 3 aspects of the corporate event booking process. Both founding shareholders in the company worked for Dyson running their events, conferences, and summer parties. We have worked at venues, corporate companies, and as an agent.WHAT IF YOUR EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICE ISN'T A FIT FOR OUR CORPORATE CULTURE?
We take the time to listen and discuss your needs and wishes. Every step of the process is done together. It is transparent all the way through. We also strive to meet your specific needs. Therefore nothing is incorporated without your final say and approval.HOW DO I KNOW I CAN TRUST YOU TO EXECUTE OUR EVENTS?
We have been working in venue finding and corporate events for years, and have experience managing even the most complex corporate events. If we can’t execute it properly, no one can!WHAT HAPPENS IF MY COMPANY ISN'T SATISFIED WITH THE EVENT?
Once you have received your proposal we arrange site visits for you at your shortlisted venues. While the ultimate choice is yours, if something does go wrong at your meeting or event we will do our utmost to get you properly compensated.I STRUGGLE WITH GRASPING THE EXACT NEEDS FOR OUR EVENTS. WON'T ADDING YOU TO THE EQUATION ADD TO MY CONFUSION?
Obviously, we take all the hassle out of organising the event. We act as a middleman and take away all the influx of emails and collate all of the information into one place. You will get a single document for ease of comparison.ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS INVOLVED?
We charge a management fee for onsite event management - this is a fixed fee for our staff to be onsite and manage the event effectively. We can discuss this in more detail on our on-boarding call.WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
We will reach out to you to discuss your event in more detail and see if our company would be a good fit for you. Following this we will have an on-boarding call - this will be to get down to the details of your event and requirements. Once we have all the information we need we will put together a cost estimate proposal.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EVENT PLANNING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT?
